Shandong Zhongwei Star Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. — operating under the brand name JOVSTAR — is headquartered in the Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone. We are a high-tech enterprise incubated by the Shandong Industrial Technology Collaborative Innovation Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

For more than three decades, our team has focused exclusively on optoelectronic observation technology. We develop, manufacture and customize low-light night vision devices, infrared
thermal imaging systems and laser ranging equipment — integrating the full chain from optical design and hardware engineering to imaging algorithms and system delivery.
